SETTLEMENT UPDATE - SECOND DISTRIBUTION

On July 8, 2026, the Court approved the distribution of the remaining settlement funds. A copy of the July 8, 2026 Order is included on the website under “Court Documents.” 

The Settlement Administrator is finalizing individual payment amounts. To allow time to complete and verify those calculations, the anticipated

 mailing date has moved from mid to late September to the first week of October 2026.
