SETTLEMENT UPDATE - SECOND DISTRIBUTION

On July 8, 2026, the Court approved the second distribution of the remaining settlement funds.
The Settlement Administrator is working to implement the Court-approved distribution. 
At this time, a mailing date has not been set, and individual distribution amounts have not been calculated.
We expect to have more information after August 22, 2026. This website will be updated as new information becomes available.
