SETTLEMENT UPDATE - SECOND DISTRIBUTION

On July 8, 2026, the Court approved the distribution of the remaining settlement funds. A copy of the July 8, 2026 Order is included on the website under “Court Documents.” The Settlement Administrator is currently calculating individual second distribution amounts. These amounts are not yet available.
We anticipate beginning the distribution of funds in mid to late September 2026.
